If your Product was mis-shipped, or your item arrives damaged, please contact us to receive a replacement or refund.
Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not credit for shipping fees either to or from the customer if an item or part is returned.

ALWAYS read the user’s manual and inspect equipment before installation and use
NEVER put more than 100 lbs on the Product at any time
NEVER lean out over the water during installation or use
NEVER place sharp or hazardous objects on the Product
NEVER lean or put any weight of a human or animal on the Product
NEVER install the Product in a place that could be harmful to passengers of a vessel or pedestrians on walkways
